Too much responsibilities and work to do. It feels like the entire workload given to you can never be done by one person. Any delays will be blamed on you but it's impossible to get things done with the tight deadline they give you with all other priorities.

Management has been very accommodating and done all they can to ensure their employees have everything needed in order to successfully work from home during this time. Technologies have made this easier to do, but it's the overall teamwork that's really continued the company's success. This is why I'm looking forward to working at the office again (once it's allowed) because of the in house collaboration and communication throughout.
Managers trust in their teams to take on projects.
It's an exciting industry and product with new features.
