One of the Best Tech people

I had worked as a full time consultant for about 4 months. The focus on optimizations and scalability of whatever we were doing was pretty much top notch.
The best thing is that CEO and CTO have a really good tech background of about 15+ years, so you're in good hands.
Good people, definitely made me go up a notch skill-wise in those 4 months.
The philosophy of Pavan, the CTO, about many things in work and life is also a plus I would say :)

As the team executing the bigger things is small and it is a startup, you will need to put in a lot of efforts and time.

Flexible timing work both ways, so you can leave early and sometimes due to time criticalness or because of customer dependency there will be night-outs. But be clear on that as it is a startup
and I love the experience, the blissfulness of completion of task and happy customers.

A nice startup experience

It was a nice move from a corporate to a startup. My expectations were clear during the interview that my responsibilities are going to be high. I valued the environment and learning more than anything else. During release time, I have memories of improving performance overnight over food/drinks to handle millions of events LIVE!!
If you are a startup person, this company provides ample opportunity to learn and grow. I have seen a couple of reviews about timings I don't know why would a fixed time expectation guy join a startup, I have taken many days off (more than a typical corporate would give) to recoupe and come back with more energy and management has always been supportive.
Nice compensation & stocks.
