At Ming you will find a lot of friendly people. I was given some terrific opportunities to take on big challenges, meet interesting people in a wide range of industries and regions, a lot of trust and the freedom to operate. I had an excellent local core team which provided sound advice in their field of expertise as well as their invaluable support. In addition to the core team, we also had a terrific group of young design talent who never ceased to surprise and amaze me with their passion, maturity and creations. I’ve made some lasting friendships there and enjoyed collaborating.

You will find the same problems that you might in any agency: higher than average turnover, perpetual cash shortage, and the need to constantly adapt to the changing market.
Structurally the company is rather complicated with five separate offices spread across Europe and Asia who have the ambition to somehow function as a single unified organization. This would be complicated for any company to achieve but I think perhaps more complicated as an agency for the reasons listed above.
