They are very poorly managed financially and constantly lay off employees.
|
Hard work was ignored despite exceeding KPI's. For whatever reason, the people who did almost zero effort seemed to get the best of everything. One month after I started there they started laying off large groups of people 3-4 times a year. Extremely poorly financially managed. Oh and GOOD LUCK to anyone ordering from them - they will likely never get a product or half the time if they do it is wrong.

The team culture is my favorite part of this job. Everyone is always willing to help each other out and extremely friendly. We use a lot of different systems and I do feel like the systems don’t communicate with each other the best but overall, I give the company 4.5 stars. The work was fairly easy but you are handling phones, emails, SMS messaging, and live chats. However, not all at once. Everyone was really nice and friendly and willing to help when you need it. The position was seasonal when I last worked there. Management was also very nice and helpful as well.
