The Minneapolis Club is a wonderful place to work. They treat you with respect, the pay and benefits are competitive and the turnover is low. The workload is steady and there are always new things to learn. Employees also receive free lunches and cheap onsite parking.

Hostile work environment and passive aggressive managers

Neat old building. Members mostly older men.

Outdated kitchen to work with, different areas don't like each other, our service could be so much better. Members leaving for newer clubs or retiring and leaving town.

Not a good career move
|

I had most of the tools to do my job but they are weak on tech and internal systems.
|
A couple employees were clearly abusive and nothing was every done. Made it a bad work environment so groups didn't work together. Losing so many members means even less resources in the future. Not sure how they are going to make it.
