Obnoxious class system - you're either one of the "it" people, or you're not, and when you're not, you don't mean dust to the company. Management doesn't care about burning out extremely hard working, talented, and dedicated people. Patrons come second to the whims and preferences of leadership.

Management is incredibly arrogant and demeaning to employees. A lot more money is spent on consultants than on good hires. The turn over rate is unsustainable.
