It sounds like Minted's mission of bringing the work of independent designers and artists to the broader community resonated with you, and we are proud to hear that was a positive experience. private:minted https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=454019 Jan 26th, 2021 12:00AM Open Open Minted United States USA Cheap labor Woman CEO, health benefits are good, nice/trendy office environment. The people who complete and tackle the most leg work at the company are severely underpaid and rarely promoted or given an increase in pay - AKA any hourly worker, so watch out if you're getting hired as an hourly employee. No upward mobility, little investment in personal growth. The "diversity" here is a joke. -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NEUTRAL 0.0 NO_OPINION 2.0 3.0 3.0 4.0 1.0 3.0 2.0 454019 Open Increase your minimum wage to $25 an hour for hourly employees. No one deserves less than that for the amount of work everyone has to put in at this company. private:minted https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=454019 Jan 19th, 2021 12:00AM Open Open Minted Merchandising San Francisco, CA Smart people, heart-warming mission, gorgeous product - Very smart, talented and capable team. I'm constantly learning from and being challenged by my coworkers - Company culture is warm, fun, caring. High on collaboration, low on ego - Really rewarding to see firsthand the impact that Minted has in supporting independent artists and designers especially during COVID times - So much care and thought goes into every design, every product, down to the packaging details and quality standards. It's great to be able to feel proud about every product we launch. - As with most companies in growth mode, things can be chaotic as priorities change; it's not the place for you if you thrive in more structured environments - Not necessarily a con, but there is a ton of institutional knowledge that is unique to Minted as an organization because of its disruptive business model, so just know that 1. it will take time for a newbie to ramp up 2. not everything you did at your last job is going to apply to Minted 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 454019 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 0.0 Mar 22nd, 2021 01:37PM Mar 22nd, 2021 01:37PM Minted Consumer Services

private:minted https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=454019 Jan 8th, 2021 12:00AM Open Open Minted Seasonal Customer Service Representative United States USA Dishonest about seasonal contracts The leaders were very helpful and understanding during COVID and working from home. The use of the chats and specific rooms was fun to be able to chat about non work related topics. When hired we were told by HR many times during the interview and onboarding Zoom meeting, that most of their seasonal employees stay on and get hired (This set the unrealistic expectations about job security) ALSO we were NOT told the date our contracts were set to end, the week of we received an email stating our last day procedures. I honestly felt coned because I was working hard and receiving great QA scores. 0.0 2.0 1.0 4.0 1.0 4.0 2.0 454019 Open Set the real expectations up front. Our HR Business Partner who helped lead our seasonal on-boarding and off-boarding processes wanted to share back the following response:\n\nWe appreciate the trust and candor it takes to provide feedback, and we take our employees' experiences to heart. My name is Casey, and I am the HR Business Partner who co-led the onboarding presentations. I wanted to respond and address your concerns, as it sounds like there was some inaccurate information shared with you. During onboarding, we discussed the seasonal nature of the role as well as the time frame of employment. We did not share that most seasonal employees are converted to a permanent role, but that if there were any open roles at the end of the season, seasonal employees could be considered for them. I apologize if someone gave you contradictory information. When all seasonal employees are hired, they are provided with an offer letter stating the start and end date. This was also reviewed during the recruiting process in the initial phone screen and the job offer. If you have any questions or would like to further discuss your experience, please let us know. \n\nWe wish you all the best going forward and appreciate you being a part of our seasonal customer operations team.", "responseOriginal": null, "countNotHelpful": 0}] REGULAR No No 0.0 Mar 22nd, 2021 01:37PM Mar 22nd, 2021 01:37PM Minted Consumer Services

The product- there is constant innovation and creativity around fresh designs from the artist community and products created and sold by Minted. It is rewarding to be a part of the process behind the scenes and to be a customer once the products are available to customize and purchase. There are many meetings at Minted and schedules can sometimes get a bit hectic with meetings starting late or running long. private:minted https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=454019 Dec 30th, 2020 12:00AM Open Open Minted Merchandise Designer San Francisco, CA It's an honor to work here Minted has a safe, inclusive and empowering work environment. I can be transparent with my manager and feel as if my voice is heard on our team. I have incredible opportunities as a creative to learn and grow within Minted, and feel as if it is desired for me to work my way up in the company. While internally interviewing for a new position I felt as if HR was very communicative and transparent through the entire process. I was honest with what I desired and they made sure I was content with my offer. Everyone I have had the opportunity to meet has been warm + welcoming. The office is beautiful and such a great space to work in. I am a coffee lover and we have incredible coffee + espresso as well as snacks. I feel very blessed to work here! My voice is actively heard within my immediate team but I feel as if it is up to you to find ways to converse with people outside your team. We had happy hours when the office was open but there was often just pods of people sticking to their own team and not a lot of cross socialization. I did not feel as if compensation was a huge benefit to this role, the other benefits can at times make up for it. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 APPROVE 2.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 5.0 3.0 4.0 454019 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 2.0 Mar 22nd, 2021 01:37PM Mar 22nd, 2021 01:37PM Minted Consumer Services
