CEO has no capability (or will) to motivate the employees, only care about getting more customers. And if you decided to leave (even after more than a few years), he may hold a grudge towards you.
And the policy of chasing the competition is a joke. Instead of leading, we spent half the time doing what our competitors already did.
VP R&D is a great person, but seems to be "tired" in the last few years, could have taken the R&D way up if he put his mind to it.
Unorganized product management process, making developing new features long and tiring.
