A few good people stuck here, being held hostage - incompetent owners that have probably never turned profit, a 15 year old company burning family money. - horrible culture purely because of the owners of the company - these guys are horrible people that will curse you out and purposefully ridicule you in public, team-wide meetings for doing as little as having a different view on something insignificant - product has no future as the company struggles to retain any staff, including developers and sales.
