The work/life balance is great. There is a" take as much time off as you need" mentality and they really mean it. You get incredible access to big brands and work side by side with the CEO on projects. There is another review on here, I'm pretty sure I know who wrote it, and that experience is largely embellished. The same person micromanaged the way I wrote e-mails (which was not his purview) and set office hours of 10 AM - 3 PM Monday - Thursday. He was pretty much a joke, and intentionally tried to bring down the company once everyone figured out he was really a sham. Now that he's gone this place is great! | Not a ton of protocols in place.
