Room for title advancement due to it being a smaller company. Some decent people who work hard.

There's a surprising amount of "bro" culture here for a woman lead company, especially on the sales floor. High turnover rate for a company this size, because of little flexibility and low pay. No lunches (weekend team building exercises do not count) and must show face time. Sick days are rolled into vacation days, which are very few to begin with.
Culture is a bit selfish and overly competitive, majority of people won't go out of their way to help you. They hire inexperienced people and give little guidance/mentoring. CEO would also complain about ex-employees in meetings and be very defensive about why they left (wtf?)

The management team works hard to make the company successful. They always hear your suggestions and your ideas politely and include these in their improvement plan. There is bonus plan too, so the employees get paid every quarter. Hope the management keeps the same.

Be prepare to work 24/7

- No pros really unless you just graduated college and need a job
|
- Mostly Asian coworkers who have no concept of work/life balance, they’ll call/text whenever they need something even at 3am
- CEO constantly talk about how great the company is and how hard she worked to be successful, be prepare to constantly praise her
- Chaotic even though company is over 10 years old
- No autonomy for your daily tasks, everything has to go through the CEO’s ok which means if you didn’t get a sales you get blamed for even though CEO didn’t get back to you on time and you couldn’t exercise your own judgement.
