My experience as a fresher was amazing. I learnt a lot from it. The Head of Marketing - Mr. Shahroz Alam and the Co-owner - Mr.Anup Nair are amazing mentor that could push you to be successful in what you do. They trust you.

The only problem faced was the salary system. A little underpaid. Should have enough washroom to avoid standing in a queue.

Worst company. Management and Manager has whimsical sense of humor.Volatile decision making. Can make or break your career within a day.Unethical behavior. Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Expect to work during weekend / from home in critical crisis without any extra benefit. You be supportive towards company and they terminate you in reward. No motivation and supportive from the management. Its a fraud company having the operations in India.A foolish management, with a attitude of doing fraud in India. Bad politics at senior level.
