My dream has always been to work at a company where my co-workers are skilled in their 'diversity' vs any technical skills related to their job. Mirum has made my dream come true. The culture of the company expecting your skills to increase inorder to take on more responsibility with no raises or bonuses provided is one of the best aspects of this job. Why use any incentive as motivation when knowing your making the execs more money is just as good! Working here has helped my life a lot by assisting me in making more smart purchase decisions. Essentially, any company using Mirum/wpp for any type of work does not care about quality in their product. It has been much more easy making financial decisions knowing how a company cares about quality associated with their brand. One of the best things about this job is that everyday is different. You have no idea if your pm heard information correctly from the client when you get set on a task so your always on your toes to work late because your dealing with pm's who know nothing about code/software making plans for development. If your concerned that you might not have the skills to work at mirum, fear not! If you are competent in brown-nosing you will make large strides in your career regardless of your skillset! As a tip for mirum, its best to apply your focus on learning new acting techniques vs any applicable skill related to you job.
