In general, your co-workers will be some of the best people you'll ever meet. As others have mentioned, management has a clear attitude that everyone is replaceable. This significantly reduces employee drive to help the company succeed. You just leave employees to speculate which is never good. So many unnecessary secrets are kept from everyone except management and there's little reason for it. You also need to work on making your employees care about the company by listening to them. Company-wide meetings include beer and snacks as well as some down time. Some of the best people I have worked with were here. Pay and employee turnover. Just when you get into the swing of things someone leaves or gets fired and the process changes. Dog days, Breakfast, Friendly People No structure or help from some of the VPs, Can’t move up, Low pay, HUGE TURNAROUND, so many employees left in the short amount of time I was there because some of the VPs are so high up on their peddlestool that anyone is replaceable, everyone hates their jobs and are always looking for something better, if your an office assistant be prepared to be the official janitor with all the dishes you have to keep up with and cleaning, you can get fired from a person that isn’t even your manager so your always walking on egg shells, you will do more things that you were hired to do, no hr department left since all of them up and quit or looking for another job. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 1.0 APPROVE 6.0 1.0 5.0 1.0 1.0 5.0 1.0 1077156 Open Listen to your employees and give them a chance to show their true colors!
