I absolutely loved working for Mission Rock. I have worked for many companies and they are by far the best! Everyone from the president down are very helpful, kind and supportive. The only reason I am no longer with them is because my property sold and they did not have any other locations in my area.

Literally the best company I’ve ever worked for!

This was literally the best company I’ve ever worked for. My biggest regret is leaving Mission Rock, they truly are a company for their employees & genuinely care about their residents and their assets. As an on-site manager, my team & I knew just about everyone from corporate. Everybody from the President of the company, to corporate VP’s, marketing to regionals get to know their employees & really make you feel like your are important to the company. Job openings don’t come up often because they have such low employee turnover but if one does, take advantage of it & don’t leave!

Great place, but it really can depend on your manager. My manager was amazing and always looking out for me so I had an absolute blast and would work for her again in a heartbeat

Upper Management sucks, No one is on the same page when it comes to information or even down to some company policies that are not clear in the employee handbook. Management office vs Maintenance is the mood of every day. I worked for them 1 year and 8 months with no raise all while helping them save thousands on their renovation budget every month. Once i informed them i was quitting, overheard regional willing to pay more for my position than what I was getting paid. And had me going on-call for a year when I was not suppose to be on-call. No apologies or compensation for that mishap actually they acted as if it didn't happen.
Any issues you have on site or with management gets swept under the rug. Only good thing about working here was the Monthly Bonus.
