HR is not your friend. You can report valid harassment claims including gestures to meet outside the office alone for dinner or a long walk from the opposite sex during COVID lockdown (when restaurants were not open) and just harassment in general from a director that make you feel uncomfortable and be wrongfully terminated 6 hours later as an "at will" employee. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 2.0 3.0 1.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 1.0 976126 Open OCI should know there is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 0.0 Feb 10th, 2022 04:18PM Feb 10th, 2022 04:18PM Mission Solar Energy

But dont work on night shift. Easy Job, Good days off, Pay is ok HR is horrible, Management is like kids playing, PTO with a minimum of 2 days in advance, If you work nights don't even think that you have a steady schedule. -1.0 NEGATIVE 1.0 APPROVE 0.0 2.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 3.0 2.0 976126 Open Work ok days shift, you work 3 days one week 4 days every other week, enough time off if is a stressful week, but nothing like that on night shift, you work 60 or 72 hours a week, looks nice for the money until you get tired of that and the company don't care about what you think, they just want more and more production but they never hire enough people, most of the time short staff (means more work) and they promise they gonna open another night shift, after almost 2 years and nothing. Is ok for a temporary job. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 4.0 Feb 27th, 2021 06:06PM Feb 27th, 2021 06:06PM Mission Solar Energy
