Horrible Management, some department managers can treat staff any they please and HR will do nothing about it when informed. Some managers have staff afraid to speak up about the mistreatment. Managers will lie to staff about new job openings.

Was a great place but not anymore!!

It is wonderful to be able to go to work everyday to save a life!!

Major changes in management that have not been good. To many people have to many things on there plate and the mistakes made are endless. The ones that do their job well are paying the price because the failures of others are costing everyone. All the mistakes are greatly hindering the ability to meet patient blood needs. All the stress makes you lose site of the good that you go to work everyday to do!!

Good Mission, Poor management, unrealistic expectations from employees.

Nice to be part of saving lives.
OK benefits
Nice CLEAN building.

The benefits keep going up every year. You have to wear a pedometer and get thousands of steps daily to save hundreds on your insurance (make it affordable).
Managers expect way to much from the skeleton sized staff they have.
Managers are constantly micromanaging and not willing to step in and be a team player especially when you have limited staff.
Frowned upon when you try to use your accrued PTO.
Company expects a lot of things but on a very limited budget.
