Nothing, nothing and nothing... I worked at Mr Quik for a year and a half. They teach pushy sales tactics and they consistently screw over tenured and new employees left and right. We were told at the beginning of the Covid 19 stuff by the “Strong Christian” they have as an owner, that we were safe to stay home and tend to our families. HOWEVER!! When the going got tough we started to see that several of the apprentices that had just started (young guys that don’t have families to care for) were being promoted over us. Guys, that I might add, JUST GOT OUT OF TRAINING and were underprepared to service the customers they saw. The owner is a liar and a backstabber. And quite frankly is subscribed to a sales training that isn’t designed for a service company. But what else can you expect from someone with no experience in this industry making decisions. Good luck! A lot of inside drama that I experienced in the short 3 months I was employed there. They let go over 5 key positions in the few months I was there. -1.0 NEGATIVE 1.0 POSITIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 0.0 2.0 3.0 1.0 3.0 3.0 1.0 469133 Open The company is the highest by far in the Indianapolis market because they claim they're the best, but I found out several employees have extensive criminal records. They want to portray that their the best and that's why they charge as much as they do when most of the employees have less than a year's experience, so it makes it hard to be in sale positions selling a brand that claims they do background checks when you know their not. I am not sure where the owner is going with the direction of the company but in all honesty, I think it was a blessing that they let me go. No training, get laid off do to "lack of business/seasonal", unemployment was paid-then they tried to argue and say they fired me because I couldn't do the job! Very high turn over rate during the few months I was there.
