Not an IT company, no career growth

- quite international (at least on the developers' level, management meetings are in German)
- flexible working hours
|
- management team seems to see the company as a retail store having a few developers to handle stuff they need. You don't really see the mindset of handling things the way a computer scientist would. Many tasks that could be automated are handled manually which adds a huge overhead time and financial wise.
- No good perks for the employees compared to other IT companies, which can be inferred from the fact that they don't seem to think of themselves as an IT company.
- No good IT infrastructure
- Managers are hired from outside almost certainly. You soon realize you can't grow inside the company.

Mister Spex is a great company to work in, as they have a great philosophy of team work but also independent challenges. They also left me a lot of time to learn more things and more responsabilities with the time.

Maybe they should work on the internationalization of the team. I know that non-german people didn't feel so integrated as the rest.
