I worked with incredible people. So dedicated, so experienced. Somewhat less bloated than before Vista took over.

Short term vision within upper management. I reported to a person one level below CEO and the only meaningful discussions we had were how to cut cost and what could make us more viable for sale or IPO.
We cut vastly experienced staff and replaced then with new hires because they were cheaper. When I questioned that strategy, I was told that strategy would continue until we reached a nexus (my words), I.e. until we were no longer able to do our job. At which point it would be too late, of course.
