Brand is cool. Communication sucks. Lack of accountability; departments are very siloed. The motto might as well be "Assume someone else will take the lead!" because there is no initiative. Leadership. Blind to how much work they all do and with no plans to help in adding headcount. Not like the west coast office can - there is no room. Also an abuse of power by some of the executive staff. Able to meet plenty of celebrities and notable public figures as an employee. The brand is truly unique. Look up all the things that make up of a toxic work environment and this company is all of them. Sadly training is poor or next to non. You are expected to figure things out on your own. Management needs more training to learn how to talk, treat and interact with their employees. I don't blame that on middle management. This starts with the the upper management and a reflection of them. Work loads are crazy too. Not enough people please hire people so, people don't burn out and quit. Deadlines stacked on top of each other and everything is always an emergency. Expect to work weekends, holidays and give back some of your pto.
