This company is the best company i have worked with, with special regards to the all sr. leaders of the company. This is a technical company with lots of potential to grow further. This is a more than 75 year old company. if a company can survive for 75 years you cant question about the nature of business. The company also takes care of the employees, if you are not performing then they gives you chance after chance after chance. If you are being asked to leave then you have done something horribly wrong.

Being technical company, the process are not in place. Few managers are hush they does not even know how to speak with there subordinates. Few are really good managers in the top level. Being a corporate company its have the personal touch which is nowhere to be seen.
