Poor decisions at the top have led this company to struggle for years. Day to day for most employees I think is a decent job. Nice offices, people are great to work with, time off, benes, etc.

When I joined Mixpo, it was under rapid growth and expansion. However, under new management, the company lost the direction a little bit and hence lost the momentum.

I worked at Mixpo for over 2yrs in multiple positions. It was a great work environment with so many wonderful people. I have nothing negative to say about the company at all. They've done a fantastic job of finding the right people and I truly believe Mixpo cares about its employees.

Mixpo has undergone a lot of changes in the past few years, and it is not the company it used to be. The company culture used to have a start-up vibe, but now it is much more corporate and top-heavy.
