I have been here for almost a month now and things are going great! The company is very nice to its employees and fair. They have a very successful company with many different product lines. It is good to see that they strive to better their products and expand themselves. Alot of different opportunities are given to the employee who may be interested in another field, and sometimes are asked to be involved in certain projects which is great. It is a medium sized company with the perks of a small company. It is also fast-paced, so you never really have an excuse to get bored, just be organized! -A bit longer hours than most companies 9-6 but you get an hour lunch, and get used to it pretty fast -Sometimes things are hard to get approved, too much micromanagement. Just make your case well! 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 0.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 727069 Open Try to do some team building exercises or outings. It may be fun to bring everyone together outside of the workplace and become more acquainted with one another. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 0.0 Mar 22nd, 2021 02:40PM Mar 22nd, 2021 02:40PM Mizco
private:mizco https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=727069 Mar 6th, 2015 12:00AM Open Open Mizco International United States USA Horrible Experience If you're part of their family, your hours are great! 5 hour days...can't beat that! Extremely unprofessional, nobody knows what they're doing, family run with no experience. Employees (family members of course) come in and leave at at their own time - some come in at 11am and leave at 4pm, while non-family members have a strict 9-6 or 9:30-6:30. Some are even off on Fridays due to their Jewish religion. Because of these ridiculous hours, it's impossible to get anything done (oh and that's because family members are the only ones who have access to anything, so you have to wait around on them to be free or even show up to work) Family has it made. Everyone else? Not so much. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 2.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 727069 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 1.0 Mar 22nd, 2021 02:40PM Mar 22nd, 2021 02:40PM Mizco

Try boosting morale. From chatting with the others the pay isn't the issue, so much as the atmosphere is. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 1.0 Mar 22nd, 2021 02:40PM Mar 22nd, 2021 02:40PM Mizco
