I't is not a huge firm but everyone is friendly and professional also they offered me medical insurance and bonuses that is so great. They are fast-paced and growing like a startup, but they've been around for ten years, so there's a lot more stability there. They also really focus on work-life balance, so it's a low stress environment compared to other tech jobs. I learned more working there in one year than I learned in four years of college It's a small company, there is no corporate ladder to climb. Micro-managing, constant bickering, rude comments from the owner, people were constantly fired without any notice.
