Great people, bad leadership

Generally speaking there are great people at the firm. Everyone is willing to help each other out and there isn't a short of work, so you'll always be busy.

Pay is on the low side compared to other funds, especially if you're on a non investment team. Managers make some bad decisions, and overall cause more stress and work for the employees that will have to deal with it. Long hours, so you can forget about work life balance.
