Just another poorly run agency

- Flexibility
- Unlimited PTO
- 401k match

- Another agency claiming it loves to foster top talent, growth, and market value and wage growth, when in reality, it fails to do any of the above unless you are directly in the ownership boys club.
- C-suite and directors are continuously promoted while the rest of the company gets a flashy "market value" 2-3% raise
- Chief Creative Officer is extremely controlling, and causes panic and havoc for the entire company. If you're not in his favor, you're in for threats, layoffs, or career stagnation. Actively sexist and dismissive towards many employees
- Worst treatment towards process, project management, and operations that I've ever experienced or heard of in the marketing industry. Zero regard for running over scopes and overworking accounts

This is by far the most supportive and positive company I've ever worked for. They see you as a person first, and an employee second. The flexibility mixed with the camaraderie amongst my coworkers makes this a truly wonderful place to work.

The only negative is the fact that our team is split up into two offices with different timezones, which can make schedules a little hard to work around.
