- A very generous PTO package plus a day off for your birthday month, half day Friday's and a week off and paid between Christmas and New Year's.
- The Los Angeles office is BEAUTIFUL
- I made some amazing friends working at MMGY, some of them have become my best friends
- You will learn a lot and get to wear multiple hats which is great for starting your career out in marketing
- MMGY has some really cool clients

- The pay is SO low, especially for living in Los Angeles, and the annual raises are a joke. I got a 1% raise one year.
- The Los Angeles Group Account Director doesn't do much to support her team and is not a great mentor. It is extremely unclear what her role is and what her responsibilities are.
- They let over half of their company go during COVID with promises to bring people back but never did.

For unknown, but likely arbitrary and selfish reasons, the KC office is being required to go to work in-person during a global pandemic. Staff are testing positive in the office, and leadership is just putting up a facade of flexibility and are knowingly putting their team’s health at risk. It’s so painfully clear that we shouldn’t be working in an environment with 100+ people all on one floor, sharing spaces and facilities. The guidelines and the “it’s fine” narrative from leadership won’t stop the virus.

They just moved our offices into a brand new building in downtown OP. The new space is nice, and has a lot of collaborative working space and free parking. It’s definitely an improvement from our old building.

We are one week into staff in KC being required to work in the office and already employees are testing positive for coronavirus. We do not currently feel safe at work. And leadership seems to only want to point out how nice new space is, and comment on how great it is to be back together, while avoiding the concerns of the employees.
