Their senior media buyers are very good at their job and any marketing company would be lucky to have them. | MMSI is a marketing/advertising company who, for all intents and purposes, is only placing clients on television as "new media" is booming. Other than senior management, all employees are underpaid and frequently overworked. Semi-annual office parties are a poor attempt at creating a fun corporate culture. A clearer path to promotion than most small companies. | They are trying to recreate the successes of the 1990's rather than innovate. Low wages. Odd, cliquish corporate culture. There are clear winners and losers in the company. Not just people, but entire teams.
