Employees are very interactive and helpful. Free Lunch and good benefits. Some of the Project managers and a delivery manager are not worthy of this company and they don't have technical knowledge and skills at all. Company rules are different for different people 2. Truly useless project managers who actually don't come from managerial domain, they are coming from non-IT background. They actually don't know what and how to speak to cient, only what they do is they try to show themselves smart infront of company head, nothing else they do. 3. Some people think they are the companies owner as they are given full freedom to do anything including passing time, watching movies in the office, drinking alcohol in the office...etc. But these access are not at all given to other employees, these are just benefits for those people who are company head's beloved. 4. Company is full of family relatives only, if you refer out of family then company management will even not review their resume, they accept only few guy's referals as they ear referal amount, others referals will never be entertained. 5. No job security in such a pathetic company as they hold only single client, once that client will go off, this company needs to shutdown. 6. Need to watch who is staying late night in the office and what exactely they are doing apart from ordering expensive food for themselves. 2. If you are not able to watch it, please see my comments above what people do in the office when staying late night. 3. The environment is not at all professional. 2. Rules are different for different people. 3. The company is run by some guys and they bring their friends, family in the company who don't even work but enjoy all benifits. 4. Project managers are useless, they'll never defend you infront of the client. Infact they'll question you. 5. The privileged people can come anytime, leave anytime from office. If you are not one of those and you'll be asked to explain. 6. Work is done by a few individuals, others claim it by just writing emails. 7. You will have stupid work not useful for your own career Once you join the company, companies few guys will treat you like you are doing service for those guys not for company. You need to sacrifice your own respect as some guys who consider themselves as founder of the company, they are completely useless guys. These guys shown themselves as hardworking employees but actually they are not at all doing any work excepting showing off in front of CEO.
