The company is made up of smart, motivated people who stick around which says a lot! It's a really great place to learn if you're early on in your career, with opportunities to grow your role, change teams, or come up with a new role. I've worked here for 5 years and have had a great experience. The day I started, there were 7 of us who also joined and were being trained. Of those 7, 6 still work at the company. The person that left was here for 3.5, and moved on to do something different. That should say a lot about the company. From a sales perspective, you have tons of support by your management, flexibility to help close deals, rates that are realistic, and teams of Client Service Managers, Account Managers, Tech Ops, and Creative who do everything they can to make sure campaigns perform great and clients are satisfied. Many of my clients have worked with me 3 to 4+ years b/c of both strong results and good service. Everyone that works here is genuinely a nice person and seems to have good intentions. Lastly, if you have outside passions, unrelated to work, management is very supportive of you pursuing that (just get your work done...ha) From a sales perspective, if you're looking for a job where you can come in and kind of coast, this isn't for you. Leadership is extremely open regarding the state of the company (extra important during 2020) and managing expectations. Consistent communication and solid ongoing training. The CEO and all levels of management truly care about performance and are more than willing to support you and provide whatever help/guidance you need to succeed. The best part of MobileFuse is the people from the CEO down to the account managers. Working there you feel like less like just a number with no voice, and more like you are part of a family. Everyone is passionate and driven to succeed at all costs, and all ideas are welcome that make the company successful. Small companies have their pros and cons. I'd say the only con, which I looked at as more of a challenge.
