Getting paid after a long wait may be the only good advantage. | The product is faulty and unreliable. The IT team and developers are offshore which made communication difficult. Many restaurants did not like the product or get any value the same way Grubhub.com benefited them. The reason is because Mobile Tummy over-promises and under-delivers. Receiving the paycheck is always a challenge! They are very supportive and friendly. The work fridge is well stocked, they listen to employees complaints and concerns and are willing to aid employees any way they can... | ...Except adequate training. The central office is woefully understaffed, the sales reps are spread out too far without anything like sufficient supervision, and HR seems to be far too distracted to adequately do its job. This leaves what should be HR's functions to be farmed out to others in management, who really should be focused on other things.
