I don't see enough cons here. Although the balance between work and life can be considered a myth while working with Mobilewalla :). I have seen a couple of wrong hires [may be they are right for the management!] but every organization faces it.

Teams are scattered around the world so be prepared for bizarre working hours, early meetings, night calls, night shifts. Communication is an issue too.
Sometimes pace can be very fast.
No bonus, minimal benefit.
Depending on the team, there can be micro-management, no process in-place, no best practices, and intense (but non-productive) meetings.

Unlike large companies, there are no strict rigid rules. Everything is very flexible and informal, so one can feel very comfortable at office.
I had a great learning experience, not only about various technologies but also about life and career in general. I learnt about stocks, startups, investments and so much more.
It's very easy to approach and talk with anyone irrespective of the teams. Everyone is super nice and friendly.
Everything that I worked on was moved to production as opposed to large companies where some projects do not get to see the light of the day. So, whatever I did added some value to the company. I was responsible for all the development phases from coding, debugging to testing.

Sometimes, progress can be a little slow if the supervisor is based in some other office location.
