The company management cares about and enables their employees. There is a healthy work-life balance. It feels like my second family. . That means you are working with great coworkers who are smart and also give Moburst a fun atmosphere They get good clients in varied industries and that helps to keep the work interesting. The company strategy is all over the place and upper management doesn't value employees. Instead of promoting from within, people from the outside are brought in for the senior positions but also regularly let go based on the results from that particular quarter. Each team is very focused on achieving its own goals and there is not much cross collaboration between goals.
