Everyone cares. Almost no people who just sit on it's place.
Good tech. Nice products.
Great kitchen in office.
Because of size you can come to anyone to discuss you ideas.

Looks like management did several mistakes, because company don't grow fast enough.
Because of the atmosphere in company you will work overtime a lot. And it is not payed.
Basically you cannot grow in this company, because structure changes happens only after annual reports.

Working for Mojiva you get a great work and social life balance. The culture and enviroment in the office is very laid back but everyone is very diligent and hardowrking. Most people are passionate and like to come to work every day which makes it a nice place to come to.

It could get loud at times in the NY office, since there's a big group of us on the main floor, with the kitchen nearby and people congregate around and chat when you are trying to work,

I started only few months ago and i was a bit scared at first.
The team was really nice from day 1 - Everyone is keen on working and getting results.
I think we all feel part of a team - all working towards the same goal and that's important.

I sometimes would like to get things done faster - but as far as I can see everything has always been done on time so i guess it's the most important thing!
