The company has a clear goal and wants everyone to come on the journey.
It is an inclusive place to work, I like the flexible time. There is lots of opportunity to work on new things. Working with the latest tech and in the cloud really helps develop my cv.

Great place to work - but the frustrations of a start-up is not for everyone

MoneyDashboard is a fantastic place to work with, on the whole, a great atmosphere of "everyone together". This is a small company that is still in "start-up" cultural mode - and this may not be for everyone. It does mean that you can have a direct impact on both the product and the direction of the company. Everyone is encouraged to be helping shape the product and direction with planning being company wide and ideas solicited and acted upon.
The company is small so there is limited upward growth at the moment - but if you want to move / try your had at a different skill (or just get involved in something that may not be your direct skills) all you have to do is volunteer.
For most roles working location / times are flexible around your personal and teams objectives which allows for a great work/life balance.

As with most small companies, resources are tight and you are expected to contribute beyond your job description. This means if you work best in a ridged task oriented framework - i.e. you are given an explicit task with all details and you execute it within your job description - then this is not the environment for you.

- Regular 1-2-1s to make sure you have what you need to be successful
- Great CEO and leadership team
- Everyone is really nice and the culture is getting better and better as the company grows
- Plenty of flexibility to work from home etc.
- No internal politics, everyone just wants to contribute to succeeding in the companies mission.
- Brilliant location in the centre of Edinburgh

I wasn't here whilst the company was having teething problems but rest assured Money Dashboard has come a long way since then and is now without question a great place to work.
