CEO unaware of dynamics between workers, which is very political and therefore creates an atmosphere of competition rather than collaboration. I suspect he doesn't know this as as he is far removed, either shut away in his office on the top floor, which, by the way, together with his own personal lounge/reading room, is at least 15 times the size of anyone else's working space, or travelling around the world in search of the finest hand soap available in first class train carriages. All that expensed travelling will no doubt bring about an important article on the importance of going back to soap bars in order to live simply and be more spiritually fulfilled.

Sycophantic employees obsessed with pleasing the founder which takes up more time than doing work. It unnerves many colleagues, is a cause for anxiety, from what I could tell.
The content is superficial and cheesy. Some of the worst copy I’ve seen. Takes advantage of interns.
Can’t believe people pay money to read it. To say it lacks insight is an understatement.
