The CEO had taken lots of pay for running it down. Sold the license and went to work for a crypto company. The pay wasn't the best however overall there was a lot to learn and even as an intern I was given ample opportunity to contribute towards actual products and write enterprise level code. In short if you're looking for a place to just learn/develop your skills and have the motivation this place will do wonders. We did not have any employee who had been with us for 3-4 years in HR, so paradoxically, this profile/review is itself phantom.\n2. There is only one instance where the company had served notices of termination to affected employees during the CNY period, and that was in 2018.\n3. All notices were served in accordance with the employment contract and the Singapore Employment Act. If confirmed, a 1-month notice is served, else if on probation, it is a 1-week\u2019s notice. In all instances, employees are fully paid for serving their notices. The company has never reneged on our obligations and our record on MOM remains pristine.\n\nOn the comment about latecomers, our management frowned upon tardiness and had taken steps to address this issue openly and publicly before it was allowed to fester to become a chronic problem. \n\nTardiness is unprofessional, disruptive and disrespectful to fellow colleagues. Brushes off and rejects all your ideas and calls them "old school", but has no idea on a better way to do the job. Also, dont provide a clear direction on what is exactly needed. Asked me really irrelevant and unprofessional question during interview like "what time do you sleep?" Other places would not trust interns as much 2) Had easy going colleagues that made the working environment welcoming 3) Had troubles adjusting to the role but the SOPs are comprehensive and was able to improve after becoming better at what I did Did not have any issues while working as an intern.
