A startup with the attitude of an MNC

-No work pressure.
-Good food.
- Good option if you a senior person with a family.
|
-Very less ownership given.
-The salaries are less according to the industry standards.
-The environment is not nice. People pretend to be happy and jolly but we know the gossips that go behind which is very toxic.
-The fresh recruitment HR is very rude and seems very judging which may not make the employee very comfortable on their very first day.
- With such less salary you won't attract good employees.
- Even the management is very lethargic and is not present in the office most of the time which makes it very difficult for employees to solve any issue.
- Not a good company if you want to grow at the beginning. But yes if you want a chill life with a bearable salary go ahead. But if your purpose of joining a startup is growth better join some other.
