I worked with a small group of people that I directed while we were put under a very small and constrained due date that forced us to use and manage our time wisely with just under a week to shoot the entire film. There are great people that you can learn a lot from there. Most people there are willing to help you in any way they can even after you leave. The pay is usually pretty good, especially compared to most places. The only bad thing is once a year they re evaluate the courses, and if they decide yours isn't doing well enough you will likely loose your job unless they try to find you another position.
