Residents are using washer and dryers in vacant units and will scream in your face at least 10x a day. Manager closes door and gets her work done, even if it's your first day. Temp agent is regional manager's niece and treats you like your garbage. Even though she is part time and going full time to NSU. Nightmare on Elm Street- runaway!!!

Good bonus program, good techs working already, site level managers are very easy to work with and for the most part caring individuals. The Morgan's are very good people and will fight for you as much as they can.
|
You will be pressured to work faster and harder than you are able. This may result in injury that causes a permanent disability and while you are out on comp. the regional manager will come after you and find and fabricate reasons to fire you. This is to help their budget and bonus so they can find a way to cut cost. They will defame your name to save theirs.
