I liked working here for the most part. Coworkers became more like family. But didn’t have much training when I started the position. At the time, there was plenty of opportunity to move up.

New ED turned MP around
|
When I first started working the management team was not the best. But thanks to the new ED, MP has changed for the better. Great training for new employees. The staff gets treated so much better. Everyone there is like one big happy family; staff and residents included. They are flexible and understanding. Help anyway they can with work and with home. Just a great experience overall.

Great environment to grow in as a health professional
|
I actually enjoy coming to work now and feel like i have a purpose. The new Executive Director challenges us to do better for our residents and for our staff. For a long time I did not know what my purpose was at MP but the new ED has helped tremendously with that. She pushes us to be better and to never settle, and shows good leadership. Denine assures that we all our resident focused and makes sure they are happy at our facility. I enjoy the work environment now and our team. Cannot ask for a better work experience.

Getting staffed up is a struggle but I think that is all healthcare right now.

Morning Pointe of Lexington provides an enjoyable work atmosphere. The employees, management and residents all care for each other like family. Schedules provide an excellent work/home balance. I enjoy coming to work, and look forward to seeing the residents and staff. MP provides modern technology for scheduling, pay and training. We take every precautionary measure to ensure the health and safety of our residents and staff. Not to mention the great location and beautiful, well maintained, building and grounds.

I have worked here for 4 years and i truly love my job and the residents.My teammates are great to work with.The management is supportive and open to new job ideas.Most will jump in and help when needed. I have read some of the other reviews and i personally know that several have come from former disgruntled employees.

Management terrible want you on your feet at all times. And you must do housekeeping as well as feed residents and kiss residents families butt, basically cater to them if not your big trouble. A lot of picking from upper management.
