Great employees who are passionate about their job, who are team orientated, and MEP has an open door policy where I feel free to share thoughts and ideas that are heard at an executive level. During my tenue here at MEP, I have received great employee gifts like gift cards, company swag items( vests, mugs, long sleeve pull-over), frequent free lunch in the office, Omaha steaks, gourmet ice cream and Harry & David gift baskets all sent to my home. They have a flexible wfh policy which helps me with my work/life balance. MEP has a small company feel but they are rapidly growing in sales. I feel so fortunate to work here! The atmosphere working with everyone is great. The Management staff really cares about their employees and shows it. The staff are all very knowledgeable which is important to getting loans done. I am very pleased that I made the decision to come and work for MEP and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for long term employment. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is I feel that I need to be here longer to better speak of the company to give such an excellent mark. No different than what is being experienced everywhere. Volume is very high and everyone works hard to get the job done. I started at Mortgage Equity Partners in August 2020. I absolutely love working for them. The company itself is a great company to work for, and always giving opportunities to grow. They were so considerate about my schedule being flexible due to my other job. Everyone at the companies locations are extremely kind and welcoming. Just yesterday I got a thank you gift of gourmet snacks in the mail from them, just because. Everyone's hard work NEVER goes unnoticed. The company truly is one of a kind, and more like family then just coworkers. I would recommend Mortgage Equity Partners to anyone who is looking for a great opportunity. They have high rates, give little to no support. Disengaged management. Many deals lost because rates are too high.
