Where do I even begin? The CEO is unfit to run a company, and will ruin lives without any consideration. As previous reviews have mentioned, the turnover is high because Amira doesn't care about the hiring process, trainings, and won't think twice to get rid of you and paint is as "this person voluntarily left and will be missed". During my year with the company, I've seen it happen 5-6 times and who knows what else has been swept under the rug. There is no consistency with trainings, and you are literally thrown into projects that set you up for failure. If you don't do things EXACTLY how Amira wants them done, forget about it. The people that work for her are scared to speak up, because who would want to compromise their paycheck? There are no efforts for diversity, inclusion, or L&D. Hopefully she sells this company soon. Avoid Mos like the plague.
