2. It has lots of training source.
3. Great environment and ok pay for NG.

1. Trainees need to take initiate to find available spots that fit for them for the rotation. The trainee management group might not help them.
2. Trainees don't get train well since (old) people retire, resign and RIP.
3. Trainees won't get promote until they pass the FE.
