You are expected to work all night and all weekend without compensation. Ask about the turnover rate if you are interviewing. Ask around in the community about the people who run the organization. They have a terrible reputation in Fairfield county and in the marketplace. The mission and story of the Foundation is inspiring and motivating. The people at the MMRF are high-energy, positive, and team-oriented. There is a terrific work/life balance and work hard/play hard spirit. I thoroughly enjoyed my work with the Foundation and would welcome the opportunity to join the staff full-time. The administrative infrastructure is in flux with new executives in place.
