Seem to hire ex-military individuals--which is great--but the company comes with that military mindset. Needless to say, not a casual atmosphere. I was watched a lot by the head of the supplement department. He even came into the bathroom to check on me. The woman training me didn't have much patience, which affected my confidence. She seemed insecure because I had gone to college and she hadn't. Incredibly boring work. Didn't know what I was getting myself into. Cliquish environment. I truly miss working there and wish I could go back. It is rare to find that a company's management team practices what they preach but MCC does that with compassion and strength. A wonderful place to work.
