They over pay employees to compensate for the terrible working environment, lack of communication, and poor leadership. Use of gym, equipment was old however having a facility on site was a plus. CEO Ryan Drexler, has poor leadership ability, communication, and is in dire need of a good executive team to lead this company. Just let go 90% of their workforce to up and move company to LA with virtually no communication. Executives are syphoning money from the company to fill their own greedy pockets. Employees had bonuses and incentives taken away, yet Executives were paid bonuses even when the company is running a net loss. For vendors trying to do business with MP, think again, they will wait to pay for services/goods as long as possible (over 120 days in most cases) and then will refuse to pay the whole amount without getting some sort of discount. Everything about this company is shady and unethical. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 5.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 672411 Open Treat employees like people. Give the company a direction and share it with the "team". A lot of great employees have left due to management/executives. Listen to what they have to say.
