With my degree in Mathematics, I was overqualified for the work, and was compensated as if I were a High School student or College Freshman. Without prospects of advancement, I chose to leave. It was unfortunately not a good fit, and that seems endemic of the organization as a whole. While they serve a noble mission, one that is worth working for, they do not serve that mission in a way that appreciates its employees, or the experience of its visitors. If you want to work here, be ready to put yourself in the middle of that. | Worked with good people | Scheduling was inflexible and last minute | 2.0 | 1.0 | 2.0 | 1.0 | 3.0 | 2.0 | 1.0 | 2.0 | Jan 27th, 2021 08:04AM | Mar 20th, 2021 02:10PM | Museum of Mathematics |
