This company is set up to cater to the travel needs of its management which is from Sweden and visit India regularly for their fun activities. They have set up a dummy company with dummy HR and bench with dummy candidates who are paid some low level salary to get the bench occupied, show some numbers in their balance sheet. They do not have finance nor the projects.
